Effective Date: June 16, 2026
1. Introduction
We, Everyday SAS ("Everyday," "we," "us," or "our"), are a technology and entertainment company that designs, develops, and operates mobile games and related digital services (collectively, our "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal data obtained through our Services, including our websites, online advertisements, and the mobile games we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to data we collect offline, or to data from job applicants, contractors, or employees.
If you have questions or concerns about how your data is used, please see Section 9 (Control Over Your Information) and Section 10 (Requests to Exercise Privacy Rights), or contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

- Location Data: approximate location based on IP address.
- Commercial Information: in-app purchases, items considered or acquired, transaction history.
Personal Data Collected from Third Parties.
- Social Media Platforms: if you link your account (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple), we receive limited profile information based on your privacy settings.
- App Marketplaces: such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, for payment verification and device data (we never access your full payment details).
- Authentication Services: when you log in via a third-party provider, we may receive your name, email address, and user ID.
- Other Sources: publicly available information or partners acting with your consent.
3. Purposes for processing your personal data
We use your personal data to:
- Provide, personalize, and improve our games and Services.
- Enable multiplayer and social features.
- Deliver in-game content, rewards, and events.
- Offer customer support and player safety.
- Analyze usage and optimize performance and device compatibility.
- Communicate updates, security alerts, and service announcements.
- Prevent fraud, cheating, and illegal activities.
- Conduct research, analytics, and internal reporting.
- Comply with legal requirements and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Support business transactions (such as mergers or acquisitions).
- Fund and provide our games through advertising, including in-game ads and personalized marketing (see Section 6).
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or equivalent laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to create and manage your account, operate the games, process purchases, and provide the features you request.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to analyze and improve our Services, ensure security, prevent fraud and cheating, maintain device compatibility, and conduct internal research. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance them against your rights and freedoms.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for targeted advertising and the use of advertising identifiers, and for any optional feature that requests it. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Sections 6, 9, and 10).
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and meet tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
5. Disclosure of your personal data
We may disclose personal data to:
- Other Users: when you participate in multiplayer or social features.
- Contest or Survey Operators: to manage promotions and collect feedback.
- Service Providers: for IT, cloud, analytics, customer service, and advertising support (under data-processing agreements).
- Legal Authorities: to comply with laws, defend rights, or prevent fraud.
- Advertising Partners: for advertising and measurement (see Section 6).
- Business Transactions: during a merger or asset sale.
- With Your Consent: for optional features or public testimonials.
We do not sell your personal data for monetary payment. However, our use of advertising identifiers for targeted advertising may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA). You can opt out of this — see Sections 9 and 10.
6. Advertising
Our games are supported by advertising. We may display ads within our games, including rewarded video, interstitial, and banner formats.
To deliver, mediate, and measure these ads — and to show you personalized advertising on other apps and platforms — we work with third-party advertising partners. Depending on the game, these may include AppLovin MAX (mediation) and demand sources such as the AppLovin Exchange, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network, together with attribution and measurement providers.
For these purposes, we may share identifiers (such as IDFA or Google Advertising ID), IP address, device data, in-game events, and inferred interests. This involves profiling to predict your interests; it does not produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Where required by law (e.g., EEA, UK, Brazil), we obtain your consent before using your data for personalized advertising — in our games through an in-app consent prompt (including Google's User Messaging Platform in the EEA), and on our websites through our cookie settings. You may withdraw your consent at any time under Settings > Terms & Privacy, or by changing your device's advertising preferences.
Our advertising partners process data under their own privacy policies, which govern how they use this information.
7. International data transfers
Because some of our service providers and partners are located outside the European Economic Area (including the United States), your personal data may be transferred to and processed in such countries, which may not provide the same level of protection as your home country.
Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where applicable) or transfers to countries recognized as providing an adequate level of protection. You may request a copy of these safeguards by contacting [email protected].
8. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our websites and games use cookies and similar technologies (such as SDKs and device identifiers) to operate our Services, remember your preferences, measure performance, and — where you consent — deliver and measure advertising.
Essential cookies and technologies necessary to provide the Services do not require consent. For non-essential cookies and trackers, we request your consent where required by law: on our websites through the cookie settings we make available, and in our games through your device settings and in-app privacy settings.
9. Control over your information
You can manage your information in the following ways:
- Delete or Reset our apps to stop data collection from that device.
- Deactivate Your Account to permanently erase game progress and virtual items.
- Change Permissions in your device settings (e.g., location, notifications).
- Opt Out of Push Notifications through device preferences.
- Opt Out of Targeted Ads / "Sale" or "Sharing" via Settings > Terms & Privacy, or by resetting your advertising identifier.
10. Requests to exercise privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
- Correct or delete your personal data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Request data portability.
- Opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
To submit a request, contact [email protected]. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, www.cnil.fr). If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
11. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain regions), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. We do not serve behavioral or targeted advertising to users we know to be children.
If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data to us without consent, please contact us at [email protected] so we can delete it.
12. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

13. Third-party websites
Our Services may contain links or integrations to third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies directly before engaging with them.
14. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or to comply with legal requirements. Indicatively:
- Account and profile data are retained while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account deletion;
- Analytics and gameplay data are retained for up to 24 months;
- Data required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes is retained for the period required by applicable law.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
