First, make sure you’re using the latest version of the game from the App Store or Google Play.
If the issue continues, try restarting your device or freeing up some storage space.

🌐 Do I need an internet connection to play?

Most Everyday games can be played offline once downloaded. Some features, like events or cloud saves, may require an internet connection.

💾 How do I save my progress across devices?

Many Everyday games support cloud saving or account linking via Apple ID or Google Play Games. Make sure you’re signed in to preserve your progress between devices.

💎 How can I restore in-app purchases?

If you’ve reinstalled the game or switched devices, go to the game’s Settings menu and select “Restore Purchases.”‍

If that doesn’t work, contact us and include your purchase receipt or transaction ID so we can help.
